How can I withdraw my winnings?

After logging in to your account, go to My Account and select Withdraw. Follow the on-screen instructions to submit your withdrawal request.

The minimum withdrawal amount is €10.00. If your account balance is below €10.00, the withdrawal option will be inactive.

Withdrawals can only be made using a payment method you previously used to deposit funds or pay for a purchase. Please note that bank wire transfers may incur a fee. If your bank is located outside the SEPA zone (without an IBAN number instead of an account number), this fee can be up to €35,00.

For security and regulatory reasons, we may require verification documents before processing a withdrawal. These can include a copy of your ID, the front of your credit card, and/or a recent utility bill in your name. All withdrawals are processed by our payment service providers, who require us to complete a KYC (Know Your Customer) verification in compliance with anti–money laundering regulations.
