How long does it take for my ticket scan to appear in my account?

After you place your order, our agents need a short amount of time to purchase and scan your ticket. In most cases, the scanned copy will be visible in your account within up to 3 hours after purchase.

Please note that during periods of high demand or on holidays, this process may take a little longer. Rest assured, your ticket is still securely purchased even if the scan is not immediately visible.
