How can I cancel my withdrawal request?

Once you submit a withdrawal request, the requested amount is temporarily deducted from your account balance and cannot be used.

If you decide to cancel the withdrawal, please contact our support team using the contact form on our website. As long as the withdrawal has not yet been processed, we can cancel it and credit the full amount back to your player account balance.
