Do I receive a scanned copy of my ticket?

Yes. After you purchase your tickets, the numbers you selected will appear in your account under “My Tickets.” Once our agents have purchased and scanned your tickets, a scanned copy will also be uploaded to your account—typically within two to three hours after purchase.

Please note that during periods of high demand, there may occasionally be delays in uploading ticket scans for certain lotteries. If a scan is not uploaded before the draw takes place, the ticket will no longer be scanned.

Rest assured, even if a scan is not visible, your ticket is a real, valid ticket and has been successfully purchased on your behalf.
