Why is the draw date not showing for the ticket I just bought? What does “Unconfirmed” mean?

Right after you purchase a ticket, the draw date may not appear immediately. Instead, the ticket status will show “Unconfirmed.”

This happens because once you place an order, we instantly send the ticket details to the local ticket purchasing agency. The agency then needs a short amount of time to verify whether there is still enough time to purchase the ticket for the upcoming draw.

As soon as the agency confirms that the ticket has been successfully purchased for that draw, your ticket status will be updated in your player account and the actual draw date will be displayed.

This is a normal part of the process and usually resolves quickly.
