Forgot your password or having trouble logging in?

If you’ve just created your PlayLottoGlobal account, please note that you must activate it before you can log in.

After registering, we sent you an email containing a verification link. This email may be in your spam or junk folder. Please click the link in that email to verify and activate your account.

To make sure you receive important messages in the future (such as winning notifications), we recommend adding PlayLottoGlobal to your trusted email senders list with your email provider.

If you are certain that your account is already activated but your password is not working, you can easily create a new one:

Go to the login page.

Click on “Forgot my password”.

Enter the email address you used when creating your account.

You will receive an email with a password reset link.

If you do not see the reset email, please check your spam or junk folder.
