How do I use my account balance to buy tickets?

Using your account balance to purchase tickets is quick and easy. Simply select your tickets as usual and proceed to checkout. When you confirm payment, the ticket price will be deducted automatically from your available balance.

If your balance is not sufficient to cover the full ticket cost, you will be prompted to make a deposit for the remaining amount. Once the deposit is completed, your updated balance will be used to finalize the purchase.

Example:

Your current balance: €5.00

Ticket price: €15.00

Additional deposit needed: €10.00

New balance after deposit: €15.00

You can now complete your purchase, and the full ticket price will be charged from your account balance.
