Is it legal to use your courier service to buy a lottery ticket?

Yes. Using our courier service is completely legal. It works the same way as if you personally purchased a lottery ticket while traveling in the country where the lottery is held. None of the lotteries require the ticket holder to be a citizen or resident of that country. As long as you hold a valid ticket, you are fully entitled to any winnings.

If you prefer, you also have the option to collect your original winning ticket at a location we designate in the lottery’s country and claim your prize in person. This option is available but not required. Most players choose to have us handle the payout on their behalf and receive their winnings via check or bank transfer.
